By using CYPH3RDROP ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
CYPH3RDROP allows you to create encrypted, one-time links containing sensitive text. Secrets are encrypted in your browser, stored temporarily on our servers as ciphertext, and permanently deleted after one view or 7 days — whichever comes first.
You may use CYPH3RDROP for any lawful purpose, including sharing passwords, API keys, credentials, and other sensitive information with people you trust.
You may not use the Service to share content that is illegal, harmful, or that violates the rights of others. This includes but is not limited to: malware, credentials obtained through unauthorised access, or content that violates applicable laws.
Once a secret link has been opened or has expired, the underlying data is permanently and irreversibly deleted. We have no ability to recover it. Do not use CYPH3RDROP as a storage system — it is a one-way delivery mechanism only.
While we take reasonable steps to ensure reliability, we do not guarantee that secrets will be available for their full 7-day window. Hardware failure, service outages, or other technical issues could result in earlier deletion. Do not rely solely on CYPH3RDROP for critical credential transfers without a backup plan.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CYPH3RDROP and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or security breaches resulting from your own actions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
